Spa Policies
Ebb & Flow Wellness respectfully asks that all cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made after 24 hours will result in a $50 late cancellation fee, and guests who miss their appointment without any prior notification will result in a 100% service charge.
