As a reservation of our providers’ time, Ebb and Flow Wellness requires a payment method on file. Please have your credit card ready when booking.

Cancellation Policy

Ebb and Flow Wellness respectfully asks that if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please call the spa as soon as possible 508-273-7736 (and leave a voicemail if no answer). Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a 100% late cancellation fee and guests who miss their appointment without any prior notification will result in a 100% service charge, no exceptions. If you email us to cancel instead of calling, we may not see it in time and you may still be charged as a last minute cancel/no show. We appreciate your understanding. This helps us to maintain a healthy schedule for our practitioners so we can keep providing our services to the community!
