No matter your level of practice this class is a great place for beginners or anyone who would like to reconnect with the basics of yoga, the eight limbs of the yogic tree. Using the eight limbs as a guide to our experiences on and off our yoga mats. Philosophy, movement, breath, and meditation come full circle in this class.
