In this class, we all work together in a non-competitive environment. Students will learn to use their breath as we use poses to stretch muscles of the body, becoming more flexible, and leading to a wonderful, unexpected state of relaxation. All levels are welcome.

Let It Go: Power Flow with Traci

This class focuses linking breath to movement, building internal heat, increasing strength, flexibility all while remaining true to the essence of yoga. We focus on the basic yoga asanas and incorporate them into a power format (either holding each posture longer or moving quicker to match each individual breath). We will always begin each class with breath and end each class with a relaxing Savasana.

Suitable for almost all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. We surrender into the poses as we hold them for one to five or more minutes. Bring extra bolsters, pillow, and blankets!

Energy Yoga and Meditation with Chris

The focus of this class is to connect with the energy centers (chakras), the breath, and the self, while holding a limited number of specific asanas (poses). Within each asana, you will find stillness and focus on the "feeling," subtle thoughts, and energy movement. Followed by a lengthy Savasana including affirmations and meditation.
The emphasis of ths 1-hour class is to encourage energy movement, physical stillness and quieting of the mind.

Candlelight Beach Yoga with Linda

Wind down for the evening overlooking the water and move while surrounded by candlelight. This flow class emphasizes the breath and gentle yoga poses. Perfect for all levels and all bodies. Come join in connecting to the external surroundings of the beach and the internal balance of our bodies. Please bring a beach towel, no mat necessary. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to a local cause. This class is weather permitting.
