Let It Go: Power Vinyasa Flow with Traci

This class focuses linking breath to movement, building internal heat, increasing strength, flexibility all while remaining true to the essence of yoga. Suitable for almost all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. We surrender into the poses as we hold them for one to five or more minutes. Bring extra bolsters, pillow, and blankets!
