Guided meditation is a journey to your deepest self.  Spend time quieting your mind while placing focus on your goals, desires and dreams.  This is a time for self-reflection, inner guidance and setting intentions.  You do so much for others take some time for yourself. Guided meditation is suited for everyone, whether you are a seasoned meditator or have always wanted to learn how to meditate properly, this class is beneficial.  There will also be an open discussion following each class where you can ask questions and share your experiences.  Join us for some special time just for you..

Yoga & Chat for TEENS with Carl

Today’s teenagers are faced with many more stressors than we can sometimes imagine. Beyond being a great way to exercise and increase flexibility, this yoga class allows students to learn to center themselves, attaining a sense of calm that so often evades teens. After the actual yoga class, students will do other centering activities and may discuss their stressors and ways to deal with them.

75 minutes of yoga followed by 45 minutes of chat. Bring your own water. GRADES 7-12 ONLY, please.
