Traci Lapanna

Traci entered her first yoga class feeling intimidated, insecure, and unsure.  She left that same class feeling peaceful, strong, and as though she had reclaimed a piece of herself. Over the years she had slowly lost her voice and her “why”...but with each class, with every breath, every asana, she began to slowly piece herself back together and found happiness within herself.

Yoga profoundly changed her life and she wants to share her love of yoga with the world.

In teaching yoga she hopes to help students find their peace, become strong, and realize the importance of breath. Where they will hopefully leave class feeling empowered in their own unique divinity, while occasionally adding a little bit of humor ...because laughter can be medicine to the soul.
