Beth McLacklan- Onset

Beth McLacklan got her start as an Equine Massage Therapist thirteen years ago. Continuing her education she became a Human Massage Therapist eight years ago and an Esthetician six years ago. Working on horses for so many years has given her a unique understanding of muscles, fascia, and the ability to assess and treat many conditions. As a Reiki Master Teacher and a Registered Yoga Teacher, her work brings in a spiritual unfolding and deep desire to treat the body on more than just a physical level.  Currently she is a E-RYT 200 Yoga Instructor with the goal of continuing her yoga education in the fall.  Vinyasa Flow, Heated Vinyasa, Gentle Yoga, Spiritually Based Core Classes, Kids' Yoga, and a variety of different workshops are the at the center of her teaching style.  Always encouraging students to “Find their Inner Rhythm.”

Opening Ebb and Flow in 2012, the continued growth of her business is the focus of her work right now. Always evolving personally and professionally so that she can give her clients an experience like non other.


Chris Begley

Chris is a licensed Esthetician.  She has completed the advanced program at Spa Tech institute and is a recent graduate.  She is also certified in Reiki.  Chris is passionate in providing you with the finest personal service in obtaining the beautiful skin you are looking for.

Rachel Boncek

Rachel is a passionate and enthusiastic yoga instructor. Her goal is to share with others, what has helped her heal inside and out. With a generous and loving personality, she creates a safe space for her students to feel at ease in their practice and leave with a sense of fulfillment. She is trained under a 200 hour program and continues to flourish with new intentions and inspiration to bring to her mat.

Sharon Colvin

Sharon Colvin is a retired operating room nurse of 42 years that loves using holistic approaches for self-healing. She experienced reflexology and knew she wanted to offer reflexology to her energy clients so she became a National Board Certified Reflexologist. She is a Master Teacher of New Paradigm Multi-Dimensional Transformation Energy known as Shamballa. She has felt the benefits of laughter attending laughter yoga classes and became a Certified Teacher of Laughter Yoga. “It just feels so natural and rewarding doing this work, helping others to distress and relax allowing their bodies to heal physically, mentally and spiritually.”

Felicia Grant

Felicia Grant is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and a licensed Massage Therapist with 9 years of experience. She graduated from Massachusetts Bay Community College in May of 2010 as a PTA and The Muscular Therapy Institute in February 2004 as an LMT. Felicia currently practices physical therapy and massage therapy with certifications in treatment of common conditions of the ankle, foot, upper extremity, and lower extremity. “Having the skills and education in both physical therapy and massage therapy has helped me formulate a well rounded therapeutic massage session for my clients.”

Linda Iamele
Linda graduated from the Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in 2000. Working in a chiropractic office for 11 years, and also in a spa, she loves the experience and insight both have given her.  She is trained in a variety of modalities including deep tissue, myofascial release, hot stone, pediatric massage, and craniosacral therapy.

Meghan Kelly

Meghan is an International Yoga Teacher, Writer, and Aspiring Holistic Mental Health Therapist.  She has completed her 200 hour Transformational Yoga Training, Paddleboard Yoga Training, and 500 hour Ritual Vinyasa Training from Sanctuary Studios, Plymouth.  She is currently continuing her education in the 1000 hour Orthopedic yoga therapy program under the mentorship of Michelle Flemming, as well as studying Reiki and Holistic Counseling at Salve Regina University in Newport.

Meghan uses her knowledge of anatomy and alignment as a foundation to keep her students safe during every yoga practice.  She integrates ceremony, music, movement, and intention setting exercises to ensure a well-balanced class.  Meghan has recently returned from Nicaragua, where she taught the local community and in return, received the wisdom of the land and the people.  She dedicates her yoga class to the idea of each student leaving with a sense of grounding and overall ease.  She hopes that by setting this intention, she can help build a community where every student feels loved, safe, and supported.

Lynn Laporte

Lynn is a licensed Esthetician, Trained in Oncology Esthetics, Facial Reflexology, Reiki Master Teacher, and Lymphatic Drainage for the Face & Neck.  She graduated from Spa Tech Institute.  Lynn is passionate about helping people with their skin and sharing what she has learned over the years.  She fell in love with Essential Oils and has continued her education with Aromahead Institute in Aromatherapy. In addition she is a licensed Esthetics Instructor and volunteers with the American Cancer Society Look Good Feel Better Program.

Shari LeComte

Shari is a dual licensed therapist; licensed in massage and aesthetics. She has an Associate’s of Science in Complementary Healthcare from Bristol Community College and has been thriving in the wellness and spa industry for 5 years. She firmly believes in wellness as a way of life and hopes to inspire other people on the importance of self-care.


Chris Michaud

Her interest in spirituality helped her decide over 25 years ago that she would like to pursue her career as a reader and intuitive, which would allow her to assist others. Providing them with insight to situations and helping direct their course. She has traveled on an incredible spiritual journey, which has led her to develop her mediumship abilities, obtain her Reiki Master Teacher and counsel many individuals helping enlighten their spiritual path and journey through life. She is currently studying to become a Certified Spiritualist Healer with the National Spiritualist Association of Churches. She has studied with several wonderfully gifted and talented individuals. Chris is also a Board Trustee for the On-I-Set Wigwam Spiritualist Camp in Onset Massachusetts. Chris is waiting to share her gifts with you, helping you navigate your path clearly on your life journey.

Tracy Moorehead

Tracy has practiced Reiki and energy healing since the early 90’s and has worked extensively with the elderly and children for over 40 yrs. Adults and children with disabilities have also been an important piece of the tapestry, forming a background that compliments her interest and studies in human nature and astrology.  An Intuitive Astrologer, she focuses on the individual, illuminating their uniqueness, and guiding them in finding their inner core and strengths.

Christina Murdock

A licensed Esthetician, massage therapist, and an instructor in both subjects.  With a decade of experience in the industry her work focuses on creating a relaxing experience while targeting specific concerns of the client. She holds a certification in Oncology Esthetics, giving her the knowledge and confidence to work with clients who require special care and understanding of their medical history to create customized treatments to their specific needs. She loves what she does, and it shows through the reverence that flows from her hands to her clients.

Kimberley Pennock

Kim is an esthetician licensed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. She graduated from Spa Tech Institute completing the Spa Therapy/Holistic Esthetic Advanced Training Program. Having spent two decades in the educational sector, Kim recognizes the importance of lifelong learning and keeping current with the latest advances in the industry. Acknowledging how hectic life can be, Kim is passionate about providing her clients with a relaxing spa experience which rejuvenates the skin and revives the spirit.

Krysta Pitney

Krysta completed the Therapeutic Massage Program at Spa Tech Institute in 2008. She specializes in Deep Tissue and Swedish massage. She is also certified in Equine Massage.
Krysta is very passionate about massage therapy. She would like to educate people on the many benefits of massage while continuing to learn new techniques. Striving to give the best massage possible, specific to every client’s needs.


Carl Swanson

Carl started his yoga practice right here in Wareham. He went on to get his yoga teacher certification at Maha Yoga in Bridgewater. He is a retired teacher (grade three in Duxbury and music at Northeastern University) and currently teaches graduate level courses for teachers through Plymouth County Education Association/Worcester State University. He also decorates cakes!

Carl is especially interested in bringing yoga to those who have never tried yoga. Having started yoga at the age of 56 and learning how old(er) age doesn’t have to mean less flexibility, and finding a sense of calm and peace from his own practice, he is anxious to share his love of yoga with everyone. He is a Registered Yoga Teacher and a Certified Children’s Yoga Teacher.
